Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL – A Government of India) New Delhi proposed to fill up Administrative-cum-Accounts Officer and Consultant posts in APTEL for Electricity immediately in near future on deputation/absorption basis.

Educational Qualification & Experience:
AAO - Officers of the Central Govt. or State Govt. or PSUs or Autonomous Bodies: (a) (i) holding analogous posts on regular basis, or (ii) with five years of regular service in the post in the pay band - 3 with grade pay of Rs.5400/- or equivalent, or (iii) with six years regular service in the post in pay band – 2 with grade pay of Rs.4800/- or equivalent; and (b) Possessing a Bachelor degree from a recognized University or equivalent and having five years experience in Administrative, Accounts, Establishment matters and Protocol in Office of the Central Govt. or State Govt. or PSUs or Autonomous Bodies.
Consultants - Possessing a Law Degree from a recognized University in India with 5 years continuous service as Deputy Registrar or on analogous post on regular basis in a Tribunal, High Courts/Supreme Court on the Judicial side. At least having 25 years of Experience in Tribunal, High Courts/Supreme Court, out of which minimum 5 years experience as Dy. Registrar or an equivalent post on the Judicial side. OR An advocate having 15 years of experience in the field of Law as a legal practitioner and must have worked as standing/panel advocate with Government of India, Government of NCT, Delhi & Municipal bodies.
