Graduation with 60% aggregate marks or Commerce Graduate with 55% aggregate.
Domicile/Nativity:
Candidate should be a domicile of Andhra Pradesh and should have been residing continuously for 5 years or more in Andhra Pradesh prior to 01.09.2013.
Among the total vacancies, 42% (Fair Share) will be filled up from the persons hailing from Telangana Region as per merit-cum-roster.
AgeLimit; (as on 01.09.2013):
The age of candidates should be between 18 to 28 years i.e.
candidates should not have been born earlier than 02-09-1985 and later than 01-09-1995 (both datesinclusive).
JobProcess:
Selection of candidates will be based on their performance in Written test/Interview.
PAYSCALE&EMOLUMENTS:
The Scale of Pay for the post of Staff Assistant at present is Rs.7200 – 400/3 – 8400–500/3–9900–600/4–12300–700/7–17200–1300/1–18500–800/1–19300 (20 stages) plus six stagnation increments of Rs.800/- each tri-annually and seventh stagnation increment will be released after twoyearsofreleaseofSixthStagnationIncrement.
Approximate Gross emoluments at the minimum of scale of pay is Rs.14,774/- (as at August 2013) plus other allowances applicable such as Medical Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, etc., and other benefits such as Contributory PF, Medical Reimbursement, Leave Encashment, LTC,AnnualMedicalCheckupreimbursement,etc.
Note:
The pay scales to the Staff Assistant cadre is on par with IBA scales extended to clerical cadre.
Otherallowancesandperquisitesadmissible\aspertherulesoftheBank.
The existing pay scales are due for revision w.e.f.1.11.2012.
