Punjab Food Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department – 461 Inspectors Jobs.

 

There are total 461 inspectors vacancies open in the Department of Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Punjab as follows.

Age Criteria: The age limit as fixed by the Punjab Department of Food, Civil Supplies is between 18 to 38 years for general category’s candidates. The candidates belongs to SC/BC category should have aged between 18 to 43 years. The physically handicapped candidates should have aged between 18 to 48 years. The age should between 18 to 42 years for widows & Divorcees women. The candidates who are already in Government Services should be between 18 to 45 years of age. The age will be reckoned as on 30th Sept, 2013.

Minimum Education Qualification: The minimum qualification for the post of inspectors (Group B) as fixed by the department is graduation. The candidates must note that the Punjabi Language at Matric level should be passed. All the qualification should be passed on 30th Sept, 2013.

Important Dates: The following dates are very important for the candidates to apply for the posts.

ü       The online registrations ends on 9th Nov, 2013. ( Midnight)

ü       The written examination will be held on 15th Dec, 2013.

ü       The fee can be deposited up to 6th Nov, 2013 at any branch of SBOP.

Pay Scale: The pay scale as fixed by the Punjab Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department is (Rs.10300 – Rs.34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4200).

Application Procedure: The candidates who are eligible can apply online through official website www.foodsuppb.nic.in. The website has online application form which the candidates should fill as per the instructions given.

Step1: The candidates should have valid Email ID to apply for the posts. As all the communication will done through email so the candidates should have valid email ID. If the candidates have not any email ID create new ID and check INBOX and SPAM on regular basis to remain it active.

Step2: Now visit website and Print Bank Challan to deposit fee

Step3: The fee is Rs. 800 (Gen) and Rs. 200 (SC/BC). Deposit fee any branch of State Bank of Patiala.

Step4: Scan the Bank Challan Copy to upload with Application Form.

Step5: Scan Photograph & Signature Also in JPEG format.

Step6: Fill the Application form and upload the scanned photograph, signature and bank challan form.

Final Step: Submit Form and take two printout copies of Application form. Affix Photograph on it and keep it same with you. Dont send it to anyone.

Selection Procedure: The written test will be held by Punjab Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Department as per the syllabus in English and Punjabi Language.
