Description:
Overseeing the day to day functions of your team and ensure the smooth and effective running of the IT Network operation 24x7.
Directing the activities of the IT network staff in ensuring an efficient & trouble free operation of all network equipment, supported software and services.
Developing, recommending and implementing operational techniques and methodologies which ensure full use of systems and personnel.
Developing hardware plans in conjunction with other division managers, in accordance with long and short term enterprise objectives; directs hardware evaluation; plans, installs, tests and coordinates the corresponding system software changes.
Preparing daily, weekly & monthly reports of key statistics and information as per the requirement of the management.
Demonstrates attention to details, ability to gather and analyses information skillfully.
Having a rational approach to solve issues. Learns new skills to improve job performance.
