Education Qualification:
DGM (O&M) -> B. Tech. (Mechanical / Electrical /
Electronics/ Instrumentation) with at least 60% marks from a recognized
University / Institution. Minimum 18 Years of post qualification executive
experience in the relevant area.
Manager (EHS) -> B. Tech / BE Degree with at least 60%
marks from a recognized University / Institution. Minimum 08 Years of post
qualification executive experience in the relevant area.
Manager (HR & Admin) -> Graduate with full time PG Degree
/ PG Diploma / PG Programme in Management with specialization in Human Resource
/ Industrial Relations / Personnel Management or MBA with specialization in HR
with at least 60% marks from a recognized University / Institution. Minimum 8
Years of post qualification executive experience in the relevant area.
Manager (F&A) -> C.A.
Manager (EA to MD) -> B. Tech (Mechanical / Electrical)
with at least 60% marks from a recognized University / Institution. Minimum 8
Years of post qualification executive experience in the relevant area.
Assistant Manager (Operation) -> B.E. (Mechanical) / B.
Tech. (Mechanical) with at least 60% marksfrom a recognized University /
Institution. Minimum 5 Years of post qualification executive experience in the
relevant area.
Executive (F&A) -> ICWA/C.A/MBA - Finance &
Accounts with SAP knowledge. Minimum 3 Years of post qualification executive
experience in the relevant area.
