Education Qualification:

Manager (EHS) -> B. Tech / BE Degree with at least 60% marks from a recognized University / Institution. Minimum 08 Years of post qualification executive experience in the relevant area.

Manager (HR & Admin) -> Graduate with full time PG Degree / PG Diploma / PG Programme in Management with specialization in Human Resource / Industrial Relations / Personnel Management or MBA with specialization in HR with at least 60% marks from a recognized University / Institution. Minimum 8 Years of post qualification executive experience in the relevant area.

Manager (F&A) ->

with SAP knowledge. Minimum 8 Years of post qualification executive experience in the relevant area.

Manager (EA to MD) -> B. Tech (Mechanical / Electrical) with at least 60% marks from a recognized University / Institution. Minimum 8 Years of post qualification executive experience in the relevant area.

Assistant Manager (Operation) -> B.E. (Mechanical) / B. Tech. (Mechanical) with at least 60% marksfrom a recognized University / Institution. Minimum 5 Years of post qualification executive experience in the relevant area.

Recruitment for 2014 (SJVN) Limited Apply Online for Managers, Engineers

For personnel from private sector CTC should not be less than R 19 lacs p.a.
Manager/E5	06 (Civil-03, Electrical-02, Mechanical-01)	45 years	9 years of post qualification executive experience out of which at least 6 years in Thermal and currently working in the pay scale of 32900-3%-58000 (IDA) or equivalent scale. For personnel from private sector CTC should not be less than R 16.50 lacs p.a.
Deputy Manager/E4	04 (Civil-03, Electrical-01)	40 years	6 years of post qualification executive experience out of which at least 5 years in Thermal and currently working in the pay scale of 29100-3%-54500 (IDA) or equivalent scale. For personnel from private sector CTC should not be less than R 15 lacs p.a.
Sr. Engineer/E3	10 (Civil-03, Electrical-04, Mechanical-03)	35 years	4 years of post qualification executive experience out of which at least 3 years in Thermal and currently working in the pay scale of 24,900-3%-50,500 (IDA). For personnel from private sector CTC should not be less than R 12.50 lacs p.a.

Age Relaxation:

(1) Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC (NCL).
(2) 10 years relaxation to Persons with Disabilities.
(3) SC/ST/PWD will be exempt from payment of application fee.
(4) Relaxation in length of experience prescribed will be given to SC/ST candidates by one year.
(5) Age relaxation to Ex-servicemen as per Govt. of India guidelines.
(6) Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for the candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir from 01.01.80 to 31.12.89.

Educational Qualification: Full time regular Degree in Relevant Engineering Discipline (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical) from a recognised University/ Institute of India.

Selection Process: Personal Interviews which will be held at Corporate Office, Shimla.

Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee of Rs.300/- for General and OBC category candidates. The fee is to be paid by a Demand Draft of R 300/- in favour of SJVN Limited payable at Shimla. No fee fee for other candidates.

How To Apply: Eligible and interested candidates would be required to apply online through SJVN's website from 11/02/2014 (up to 10:00 AM) to 25/02/2014 (up to 6:00 PM).
