Education Qualification:
DGM (O&M) -> B. Tech. (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics/ Instrumentation) with at least 60% marks from a recognized University / Institution. Minimum 18 Years of post qualification executive experience in the relevant area.

Manager (HR & Admin) -> Graduate with full time PG Degree / PG Diploma / PG Programme in Management with specialization in Human Resource / Industrial Relations / Personnel Management or MBA with specialization in HR with at least 60% marks from a recognized University / Institution. Minimum 8 Years of post qualification executive experience in the relevant area.
Manager (F&A) -> C.A. with SAP knowledge. Minimum 8 Years of post qualification executive experience in the relevant area.
Manager (EA to MD) -> B. Tech (Mechanical / Electrical) with at least 60% marks from a recognized University / Institution. Minimum 8 Years of post qualification executive experience in the relevant area.
Assistant Manager (Operation) -> B.E. (Mechanical) / B. Tech. (Mechanical) with at least 60% marksfrom a recognized University / Institution. Minimum 5 Years of post qualification executive experience in the relevant area.
Executive (F&A) -> ICWA/C.A/MBA - Finance & Accounts with SAP knowledge. Minimum 3 Years of post qualification executive experience in the relevant area.

Age Relaxation:
(1) Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC (NCL). 
(2) 10 years relaxation to Persons with Disabilities. 
(3) SC/ST/PWD will be exempt from payment of application fee. 
(4) Relaxation in length of experience prescribed will be given to SC/ST candidates by one year.
(5) Age relaxation to Ex-servicemen as per Govt. of India guidelines. 
(6) Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for the candidates who had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir from 01.01.80 to 31.12.89.
Educational Qualification: Full time regular Degree in Relevant Engineering Discipline (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical) from a recognised University/ Institute of India.

Selection Process: Personal Interviews which will be held at Corporate Office, Shimla.
Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee of Rs.300/- for General and OBC category candidates. The fee is to be paid by a Demand Draft of R 300/- in favour of SJVN Limited payable at Shimla. No fee fee for other candidates.
