NIMH Hyderabad Guest Faculty Recruitment 2013|
The National Institute for the Mentally Handicapped (NIMH - under Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India) Secunderabad (Hyderabad) intends to empanel professionals as guest faculty on purely session basis on payment of honorarium to support its multifarious activities, such as general services, teaching, activities at special education centre, vocational training centre, respite care activities, family cottage services etc. Eligible persons apply on or before 23rd December 2013.
Guest Faculty Requirement & Qualifications
Rate of Honorarium
Assistant Professor level / visiting faculty / consultants (experts in respective fields such as Clinical/Rehab. Psychology, Special Education, Vocational Training, Medical Sciences) having Ph.D/MD qualification or equivalent with 4 years teaching / research experience/ MDRAwith 4 years experience.
Rs.600/- per lecture hour /per session of two hours each
Lecturer level in respective fields such as Clinical/Rehab. Psychology, Special Education, Vocational Training, Medical Sciences, having minimum post graduate qualification in relevant fields viz., M.Phil or PG with M.Ed (Sp.Ed) (MR) or MPT/ MOT/MASLP/MDRAor PG with BPT/BOT/BRS/BMR/BRTor MBBS or M.Tech with DVR with three years teaching / research experience post qualification
Rs. 400/- per session of 2 hours in services / 1 lecture hour.
Teachers / rehabilitation therapists / clinical assistants / other technical staff viz., vocational instructor/data base administrator etc., having qualification in the relevant fields viz., BMR/ BRS/ BRT / BOT / BPT or M.Tech/ MCA/ Graduation with B.Ed./ Grad. with DVR/ M.Sc (S&H) Audiology, / MSc (ASLP) with2years experience or equivalent qualification in the relevant field.
Rs.225/- per session of two hours each.
Section Officer level (Retired Govt, officers in the grade pay of Rs.54007- and above or SAS qualified persons)
Rs.225/- per session of two hours each.
Stenographer / UDC level (minimum graduate with good communication and writing skills and expertise in handling of correspondence having minimum of 3 years experience) typing speed on computer @ 40 w.p.m. and good knowledge of MS office / Excel / PowerPoint / internet usage.
Rs. 180/- per session of two hours each.
LDC level (minimum graduate with good communication and writing skills and expertise in handling of correspondence) and knowledge of typing @ 30 w.p.m. on computer with good knowledge of MS office / Excel / PowerPoint / internet usage.
Rs. 150/- per session of two hours each.
How To Apply: Eligible Candidates willing to work may submit their CV in the prescribed application format alongwith documents supporting educational qualification, experience etc. and a Demand Draft (DD) of Rs.200/- favouring Director, NIMH per application. The last date for receipt of completed application forms alongwith DD is 23/12/2013.
