Should assist the customers over phone/chat/e-mail.
Should assist customers with SonicWall network security products (Firewall/IPS/VPN).
Should have excellent communication skills.
Good understanding of LAN/WAN topologies and technologies.
Should be willing to work in 24/7 environment.
