Educational Qualifications:
Manager / Dy. Manager (Process) -> Candidate should be B.E /B.Tech)-(Chemical) with 15-21 years experience in Caustic Chlor/ Chemicals/ Petro-chemicals units out of which 5 years should be as overall incharge of the operation in a Modern Membrane Cell Caustic Soda Plant, should be well conversant with all operational and safety aspects of a large Membrane Cell Caustic Soda Plant. Candidates having 10-14 years experience in the above areas may be considered for the post of Dy.Manager (Process).
Foreman (Electrical) -> The candidate should be three years diploma in Electrical from a recognized Board / Institute with experience of 5 to 7 years in maintenance of electrical equipments in continuous process medium / large scale industry.
