Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL - A Government of India Enterprise) Centre for Engineering and Technology (CET) Ranchi invites online application from bright professionals for posts in executive cadre in various disciplines, for its Headquarter at Ranchi and sub-centres/unit offices.

About: Centre for Engineering and Technology (CET), an in-house design, engineering and technical service provider unit of SAIL is the nodal agency for acquisition and lateral transfer of technologies pertaining to Iron & Steel within SAIL plants/units and is involved in implementation of R&D Master Plan. It has sub-centres at Bokaro, Rourkela, Durgapur, Bhilai, Burnpur & Bhadravati.

Selection Process: Written Test and Interview. Written Test will be held at Kolkata and interview will be held at Ranchi. SAIL, CET, however, reserves the right to change the Examination Centre and/ or add some other Centres, at its discretion, depending upon the response, administrative feasibility, etc.

Medical Standards: Candidates should be of sound physique, free from any physical defect. Medical standards stipulate minimum requirements of weight 45 kg; Height 155 cm; Myopia and Hypermetropia, if any, not to exceed ± 4.00 in each eye and no squint or colour blindness. Suitable relaxation in height and weight will be given to female candidates.
