Educational Qualification:  Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent degree in Electronics / Computer Engineering / Electronics and Telecommunication / Information Technology / Scientific Computing / Computer Applications with minimum 55% score or equivalent grade in the final term or aggregate.
Experience:
Scientific & Technical Officer 'C' (01 Post) -> Five Year’s experience in systems administration in a mixed linux/unix and windows environment, including HPC cluster computing systems.  Familiarity with HPC hardware and Data Centre infrastructure as well as fluency in using unix scripting language are essential.  Experience with managing and configuring network hardware and service protocols in a LAN environment will be desirable.
Scientific & Technical Officer 'C' (01 Post) -> Five Year’s experience in software development with databases and web applications for workflow management, scientific data analysis and visualization. Experience of both linux and windows environments, knowledge of Java programming and familiarity with astronomical software are essential.  Experience of managing software development projects will be desirable.
