that resume appropriately reflects candidates experience and requirement.
Ensure
candidate is available and ready to take up the position.
Match
the profile of the candidate on technical grounds.
Submit
the profile of the candidate to Team Lead for approval.
Negotiates
salaries with candidates and negotiates pay rates with subcontracting companies
and close the position.
Arranges
for client interviews and possible offer of employment.
Update
the resourcing application system routinely.
Acts
as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintains monthly contact with
consultant.
Ensures
appropriate paperwork is done for placements.
